Terms and Conditions for ecohunt Token Platform

Welcome to the ecohunt Token Platform („Platform“), provided by Huntingtrip 24 FZCO Dubai Silicon Oasis, DDP, Building A2, Dubai, United Arab Emirates („we,“ „our,“ or „us“). These Terms and Conditions of Use and Token Holding Agreement (the „Agreement“) outline the rules and conditions governing your access to and usage of the ecohunt Token Platform. By accessing or using the Platform, you are indicating that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with this Agreement in its entirety. If you disagree with these terms, please refrain from accessing or using the Platform.

The ecohunt Token Platform is a part of the ecohunt project, aimed at expanding our hunting platform and providing token holders with an annual 10% yield on their holdings. The Platform allows users to participate in the ecohunt project by holding and staking ecohunt tokens („Tokens“) in exchange for annual rewards.

Eligibility:
To access and use the ecohunt Token Platform („Platform“), you must meet certain eligibility criteria. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:
You are of legal age in your jurisdiction (e.g., 18 years of age or older) and have the full capacity to enter into a legally binding contract with us.
You have the legal right and authority to enter into and comply with the terms of this Agreement on your behalf or on behalf of any relevant company or legal entity.
You are not subject to economic or trade sanctions imposed by a governmental authority or included on a list of prohibited or restricted parties.
You are not a citizen, resident, or born or organized in a jurisdiction or territory subject to comprehensive nationwide, territorial, or regional economic sanctions, including those listed here.
You are not a politically exposed person (PEP), a politician, or a person in the immediate environment of a politician.
Your access to and use of the Platform comply with all applicable laws and regulations, and you will not use the Platform for illegal activities.
To access or use the Platform, you must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and have the authority to enter into this Agreement. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility criteria. Intellectual Property Rights:
We hold all intellectual property and other rights related to the ecohunt Token Platform, including but not limited to the name, software, text, images, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, patents, and designs. These intellectual property rights are made available under the terms of our copyright licenses and trademark policies.

Token Restrictions:
Tokens offered on the ecohunt Token Platform are not available for purchase, distribution, resale, or disposal by citizens, natural or legal persons, whose permanent residence, location, or registration is in the United States of America (including states and the District of Columbia), Puerto Rico, the United States Virgin Islands, any other possession of the United States of America, or any country or territory where transactions involving digital coins and tokens are prohibited or restricted by applicable laws or regulations. Purchasing tokens in violation of these restrictions is illegal and unauthorized.

Regulatory Compliance:
The project owner does not engage in regulated business activities in Singapore, the People’s Republic of China, South Korea, or any other countries and territories where transactions involving digital coins and tokens are subject to restrictive regulations or require the project owner to register or obtain a license.
Each potential buyer of tokens is responsible for determining whether they are subject to the jurisdiction and legally permitted to purchase tokens and subsequently resell them to another buyer under the jurisdiction of their country.
Please be aware of and comply with these terms and conditions when using the ecohunt Token Platform. Failure to adhere to these terms may result in the termination of your access to the Platform.

Token Holding and Staking:
1. Token Ownership: By participating in the ecohunt Token Platform, you acknowledge and agree that you are the legal owner of the Tokens you hold and stake. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and control of your Tokens.
2. Annual Yield: We offer an annual yield of 10% to Token holders who stake their Tokens on the Platform. This yield is calculated based on the number of Tokens staked and begins to accrue from the date of the initial stake.
3. Unstaking: You may choose to unstake your Tokens at any time. However, it is important to note that unstaking may result in the forfeiture of accrued yields.
4. Rewards Distribution: Annual rewards are distributed automatically to the staked Tokens. Rewards are credited to your account on the Platform.
5. No Guaranteed Returns: While we aim to provide an annual yield of 10%, we do not guarantee returns, and the actual yield may vary based on market conditions and other factors.

Security and Wallet Responsibility:
You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet and the private keys associated with your Tokens. We do not have access to or control over your wallet. You are also responsible for any actions taken using your wallet, including staking and unstaking Tokens on the Platform.

Prohibited Activities:
You agree not to engage in any prohibited activities, including but not limited to:
– Violating any applicable laws or regulations.
– Using the Platform for illegal purposes.
– Attempting to manipulate or disrupt the Platform’s operations.
– Providing false or misleading information.
– Engaging in any form of fraud or deceptive practices.

Platform Changes and Termination:
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Platform at any time, with or without notice. We may also make changes to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. In the event of termination, you will have the opportunity to unstake your Tokens and withdraw any accrued rewards, subject to applicable fees and conditions.

No Investment Advice:
The ecohunt Token Platform does not provide investment advice or recommendations. Participation in the Platform carries inherent risks, and you should carefully consider your investment decisions.

Limitation of Liability:
In no event shall we or our affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution:
This Agreement is governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement or the Platform shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of [Arbitration Institution].
